It typically moves through a showroom experience, a site visit and measurements, a moodboard and concept, 2D and 3D design, precision manufacturing, and final installation. A design advance is required before detailed 2D and 3D design begins.

Detailed 2D and 3D design is a paid service and begins after a design advance is confirmed. This charge covers the custom planning and visualisation of your child’s room.

Delivery timelines depend on the product, customisation, and your location. Ready-stock items dispatch sooner, while custom and made-to-order pieces take longer. We share an estimated timeline at the time of order.

Yes, installation is provided for relevant products and all Spaces by Furnette projects. Additional charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

We follow a replacement-only policy and do not offer cash refunds. You can exchange an eligible item for a product of the same or lower value, with any balance kept as store credit on your account. See our full Refund & Replacement Policy.

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement of the same product, or an alternative of equal value if it’s unavailable.
