Refund & Replacement Policy
No cash refunds — just fair, easy replacements and store credit you never lose.

In short: We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we offer replacements. You may exchange an eligible item for another product of the same or lower value. If the new product costs less, the remaining balance is kept as store credit on your account and is automatically adjusted against your next purchase.
1.Our Replacement-Only Approach
At The Little Furnette, every piece is made with care, and we want you to be completely happy with your child’s space. To keep our pricing fair and our craft sustainable, we follow a replacement-only policy. We do not provide cash or bank refunds under any circumstances. Instead, we make sure you always receive equal value through a replacement product or store credit.
2.How Replacement & Store Credit Work
- You may exchange an eligible item for another product of the same value, with no extra cost.
- You may choose a replacement product of lower value. The difference is not refunded in cash — it is added to your account as store credit.
- This store credit stays on your account and is automatically adjusted against a future purchase with us.
- If you choose a replacement of higher value, you simply pay the difference.
Example: You return an item worth ₹5,000 and choose a replacement worth ₹3,500. The remaining ₹1,500 is saved as store credit on your account and is applied to your next order.
3.Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement, an item must meet the following conditions:
- The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery for damage or defects, and within 7 days for other eligible replacement requests.
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided.
- For damaged or defective items, clear photos or a short video showing the issue are shared with us.
4.Damaged or Defective on Arrival
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or has a genuine manufacturing defect, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement of the same product at no additional cost. If the same product is unavailable, you may select an alternative of equal value, or hold the value as store credit.
5.Items Not Eligible for Replacement
- Custom-made, made-to-order, and personalised pieces, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Complete Spaces by Furnette room projects and any associated design service charges.
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.
- Products returned without original packaging, or after the eligible time window.
- Clearance, sale, or final-sale items, unless faulty.
6.How to Request a Replacement
- Contact us within the eligible time window by phone or through our contact page, with your order ID.
- Share clear photos or a video if the item is damaged or defective.
- Once approved, we arrange pickup or guide you on returning the item in its original condition.
- After inspection, we process your replacement, or add the balance as store credit to your account.
7.Store Credit Terms
- Store credit is linked to your account and can be used on any future purchase with The Little Furnette.
- Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
- Any balance after a purchase remains on your account for future use.
